DutchDFA will coordinate Dutch participation in the Shanghai International Creative Industry Week (SICIW), which will take place between 15 and 22 October. We will organise an exhibition and various events (including lectures, network lunches, parties etc.) supporting and highlighting the Dutch presence. Simultaneously several Chinese-Dutch education projects will take place. This SICIW event will also mark the start of an incubator programme for Dutch designers in Shanghai. Programme by DutchDFA
- Tentoonstelling Architectuur & Openbare Ruimte NL / Exhibition on Architecture & Public space UK. The broad interpretation of this theme enables participation from the disciplines landscape architecture, product design and graphic design next to architecture.
- Matchmake programma NL / Matchmake programme UK accesible for all creative disciplines. Programme will consist of dynamic content with network reception, workshops and matchmaking assistants.
- Organisation, travel and stay offered by DutchDFA together with Carlson Wagonlit. Even without participation in the exhibition or matchmake programme a visit to the SICIW will be of interest. Side events organised by DutchDFA offer an opportunity to meet the Chinese business culture.

Programme supported by DutchDFA
The 100% Design Shanghai fair will take place simultaneously (15-17 October) and offers an independent platform for companies working in interior architecture / design (entry form). DutchDFA supports this fair through promotion, selection of speakers and a discount in participation fee for Dutch companies and designers.
Dutch participation in SICIW is organised by Dutch Design Fashion Architecture (DutchDFA) in cooperation with the Dutch Consulate General Shanghai and FAR Architecture Center Shanghai.
