Masters and other Post-Graduate Programmes
There are various Masters' and other post-graduate institutions that offer courses and programmes in design and closely related fields.

Frank Mohr Institute, Groningen
The Frank Mohr is an institute for (Post-)Graduate Studies and Research. Among other directions it offers the strand Interactive media and environment (IME): an inter-disciplinary studio programme focusing on media and computer generated work.

Sandberg Institute, Amsterdam
The Sandberg Institute is the post-graduate institute connected to the Rietveld Academy that offers a Masters’ programme for Fine Arts, Applied Arts, (Graphic) Design and the new 2010 masters Interior Architecture.


Piet Zwart Institute
The Piet Zwart Insititute is the post-graduate institute of the Willem de Kooing Academy in Rotterdam. It offers Masters’ programmes in Media Design and Retail Design.

Utrecht School of the Arts, HKU
Offers a Masters' programme in Design with four different parthways (Fashion Design, Interior Design, Public Space Design and Editorial Design) and an MA in Eurpean Media (EMMA).

Academy for Arts and Design St. Joost, Breda
Offers a Masters’ programme in Graphic Design.

MaHKU - Utrecht Graduate School of Visual Art and Design
Offers Masters’ programmes in Editorial Design, Interior Design and Public Space Design. 

 

The Werkplaats Typografie (WT) is part of ArtEZ Institute of the Arts in Arnhem. WT is a two-year Masters' programme in graphic design centred on practical assignments and self-initiated projects.

 

The Schrofer Academy is the Netherlands' first private school offering a Master of Applied Arts in Interdisciplinary Spatial Design.

Jan Van Eyck Academy, Maastricht
The Jan van Eyck Academie is an institute for research and production in the fields of fine art, design and theory. It does not have a curriculum, nor does it award diplomas. Designers can apply to advance their research at the Design department.
