Because the DutchDFA programme is demand-led and is structured around a series of themes, while a set of criteria is applied before programme elements are actually developed and implemented, not all ideas will fit under the DutchDFA umbrella.
Although the range of options is diverse, and will involve many people in a variety of ways, becoming part of the DutchDFA programme will happen in a structured way:
• By invitation of the DutchDFA Programme Director, on behalf of either the
Steering Group or the
Programme Group.
• Through applications to an open submission activity or project developed as part of the DutchDFA programme. This may happen in the case of exchange programmes between educational institutions, participation in fair presentations, contributions to conferences etc. Opportunities for open submission programme elements will be clearly highlighted on the website if and when they occur.
• In principle, projects from external parties need to be proposed via
Steering Group members. The decision to include these projects in the DutchDFA programme will be subject to the normal routes of preparation in the
Programme Group and agreement in the
Steering Group.
Forms for the submission of project proposals can be applied for via
info@dutchdfa.nl from mid-June 2009 onwards
